The vending machines will be placed by us at your premises via our distributor at a mutually agreed monthly rental/maintenance charge and with an agreement that all consumables will be bought only from our authorized distributor. On termination of the arrangement, the customer will have to return the asset to our distributor.
Currently, we offer bean-to-cup coffee vending machines across India as well as filter coffee/brewed tea machines at select locations.
We will provide free preventive maintenance once a month as well as all breakdown support. It will be the responsibility of the customer to take reasonable care of the machine and prevent any damage that is not due to regular wear and tear. It will also be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the machine is cleaned on a daily basis as per guidelines provided to ensure hygiene and minimize down time.
Yes, specialized cleaning solutions are required for the brewer and the milk system. We are the only vending business currently that provides these free of cost.
Yes, we will be happy to give you a free demo at your location if your requirement per day exceeds 100 cups of coffee/tea.
Yes, we have a service network that covers 18 cities in India. We can cover smaller towns as well, but the service turn-around time will depend on the exact location. The decision to proceed will depend on mutually agreed SLAs.

Appearance: Aesthetically better machines
Most paper cups in the market have a plastic lining to enable it to hold a hot beverages and hence are not environmentally friendly. Our cups do not have a plastic lining, it made from a special paper that is 100% compositble. The cups have a QR code which will take you to a government website which certifies the product as fully compostable.
Tata MyBistro milk has been developed specifically to provide a superior cup of coffee and tea therefore the cappuccino dispensed has a silky-smooth, café-like quality. It’s a toned milk in a 1L Tetrapak manufactured under the most stringent quality control processes at a world class facility so please be assured that it is not only great tasting but also meets stringent food standards.
