Yes, we will be happy to give you a free demo at your location if your requirement per day exceeds 100 cups of coffee/tea.
Yes, specialized cleaning solutions are required for the brewer and the milk system. We are the only vending business currently that provides these free of cost.
We will provide free preventive maintenance once a month as well as all breakdown support. It will be the responsibility of the customer to take reasonable care of the machine and prevent any damage that is not due to regular wear and tear. It will also be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the machine is cleaned on a daily basis as per guidelines provided to ensure hygiene and minimize down time.
Currently, we offer bean-to-cup coffee vending machines across India as well as filter coffee/brewed tea machines at select locations.
The vending machines will be placed by us at your premises via our distributor at a mutually agreed monthly rental/maintenance charge and with an agreement that all consumables will be bought only from our authorized distributor. On termination of the arrangement, the customer will have to return the asset to our distributor.
